Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

In short

One Day Empire does not ask who you are, does not need an account, and does not collect personal information. Your games are kept on your own phone.

Who we are

This policy covers the One Day Empire game for Android and this website, onedayempire.com. Both are made by sfaisal.dev ("we"). You can reach us at hello@onedayempire.com.

What the game keeps on your phone

To work, the game saves a few things in its own storage on your device:

• the days you have played: the moves, score, stars and weather of each day, which also make up Your Kingdom;
• your settings, such as music, sound effects and weather effects;
• whether the full version is unlocked on this device.

This information stays on your phone. We do not receive it, and it is not sent to any server of ours. Uninstalling the game removes it.

Backup

If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include the game's saved days and settings in your device backup, so they return on a new phone. That backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings, and we cannot see it.

Buying the full version

Purchases are made through Google Play. Google handles the payment and your payment details; we never see them. The game asks Google Play whether this account owns the full version, so it can unlock it, keep it unlocked and restore it. Google's handling of purchases is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Sharing

When you choose to share your result or a picture of your Kingdom, the game opens your phone's own share menu. What you share, and with whom, is up to you. Nothing is shared unless you tap share.

What the game does not do

• no accounts or sign-in;
• no advertising and no advertising identifiers;
• no analytics or tracking tools;
• no access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

Crash and performance reports

Google Play may give us general statistics about crashes and performance, depending on the settings on your device. These reports come from Google and do not identify you to us.

Children

One Day Empire is a calm game suitable for all ages. Because the game collects no personal information, it collects none from children either.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects what the game does with information, we will say so in the game's release notes.
